Tire crusher astire recycling machine is applicable for both radial tire and bias tire. Thisdevice is designed to crush tires intoblocks of 50*50 cm for further processing. It is formed with in feed funnel,motor, gear transmission system, crushing chamber, classifier, main body,etc.

Workingprinciple: the blades in thecrushing chamber are driven turning by the main motor to shear the tires withouter diameter less than 1.2m from the in feed funnel. During the shearingprocess, blocks less than or equal to 50*50mm are filtered out through thescreen, bigger size will be send back for crush again until smaller than theabove mentioned size.
